In this month's Roaster Pack are three coffees of varying roast levels. One is single producer light roast, another is single origin gem from micro farms, and the third is a medium roast regional blend from four producers/farms from the well-respected Ortega family:

1. Los Ortega Blend - Regional Blend - Medium Roast: A unique blend of Red Caturra, Gesha, Pink Bourbon, and Columbia, with tasting notes of strawberry rhubarb pie, from related producers from San Agustin, Colombia.
2. Yellow Cat - Single Producer - Light Roast: A juicy Yellow Caturra that tastes like raspberries and citrus. Summer ready.
3. Stephen Hawkbean: Black Hole Roast - Single Origin - Dark Roast: This single origin Red Bourbon from the Fuji Washing Station  in Rwanda's Souther Province, boasts a balanced chocolatey taste, with a smooth but rich body. Also great as traditional espresso.
