Great coffee, incredible service!

The Artery roasts up some delicious blends from all over the world and their great subscription box gets that coffee right to my door. The beans are fresh and the Joe super tasty. On top of offering a high quality product, the back-of-house customer service is exceptional. I received personal emails updating me on my order’s progress as well as follow-up emails asking if things had arrived. I chose the Artery because of their values as a proactive and inclusive employer and buyer but I’ll stay with Artery because of their service and their product. Can’t recommend them enough! A gem in Ottawa!

Great coffee, even better business

This coffee (along with all of the coffee I have ever bought from The Artery) was amazing. The flavour is always perfect, and the Stephen Hawkbean in particular is about the smoothest, most flavourful dark roast you will find. What makes all of that even better is the ethos of the company, and the people who work there. Best coffee, best people. Thanks, as always!
