fruits de la passion (co-fermented)

this coffee is co-fermented, as dehydrated passion fruits are added to a tank where the coffee cherries undergo a natural anaerobic process. 

it smells like vibrant, fresh passion fruit. And tastes just like it. 

every tin is roasted to order (in very small micro batches to ensure exact consistency from tin to tin). 

this is easily one of our favourite coffees of the year.
