strawberry (co-fermented)

this coffee is co-fermented, as dehydrated strawberries are added to a tank where the coffee cherries undergo a natural anaerobic process. 

it smells like strawberries and cream and tastes like fresh strawberries right before they fully ripen. 

every tin is roasted to order (in very small micro batches to ensure exact consistency from tin to tin). 

producer: Brayan Alvear, a 19 year who is pushing the boundaries of what a coffee can taste like.

this coffee is sourced by tin. a new micro roaster in Ottawa officially launching in january. The Artery currently has a partnership to roast and package tin. coffees.
