This coffee is a blend of mostly decaffeinated Swiss water coffee, blended with a grape co-fermented coffee. The mix results in a coffee that tastes like a hearty rye topped with fresh grape jelly.
The grape coffee is grown and produced by Brayan Alvear, a 19 year who is pushing the boundaries of what a coffee can taste like.
